Salesrep’s security is divided into three levels:

Data-Center Security / Physical Security

Salesrep is hosted in data centers of the company Dataways, which implements and supports high-level IT and communications infrastructures and is one of the leading service providers in Greece.
Dataways has been operating since 2000 as a telecommunications service provider approved by EETT (National Telecommunications and Postal Commission) and ADAE (Communications Privacy Authority)
The Data Center that hosts Salesrep is certified according to the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 27001:2005 standard, and is fully harmonized in the procedures for both the physical security of the servers and the security of information
– Redundant power distribution (A / B)
– Dual UPS and backup diesel generator systems
– Full controlled environmental conditioning systems
– Fire protection and fire safety
– Physical access control systems (Access Control, CCTV system)

• Application Server Security

– Secure Server (Any data transfer is done using the Secure Socket Layer protocol – SSL / 256 bit)
– All codes are encoded using the most modern encoding methods
– Login details which are destroyed with logout
– Data backup (Server backup)
