• Display on a map (customer management with maps)

Display on a map is a complete customer management application, using maps, which is combined (as an add-on) with the Salesrep application.

The use of Display on a map (by displaying the customers’ points on a map) contributes to:

  • better and easier organization of visits to clients,
  • locate the customer on the map and providing voice navigation to him,
  • limited pointless journeys and thus lost valuable time,
  • easy management of new (unknown) areas for the seller.

The company can have the following map views:

  • detailed display of the salespersons daily schedule on a map.
  • display on a map of customers visited by the salespersons in a day.
  • individual pinpointing of the customer on the map by having the customer’s address and city or zip code.

• Consent Form

In Salesrep there is a particular add-on with consent forms from customers or Doctors.

The content of the form is determined by each company so that it fully covers its needs.
The Salesperson (or the Medical Rep) has the option to “open” the consent form in which can see the personal data already recorded in the database. There are many options for setting up what the customer accepts in relation to their personal data.

Finally and once the presentation of the form has been completed, the Customer (or the Doctor) signs in the special box on the form.

After receiving the signature, the form is saved. The colleague has the option to view the date and time the consent form has been received.

• Positioning  with GPS

This feature captures the point at the start of a visit to a client (or doctor) as well as at the end of the visit.

The mode of operation is as follows:
The app records the point at the start of the visit. If it successfully receives a point it saves it. If there is no option to receive a point, no point is stored. The same procedure is followed at the end of the visit.

The points can be seen in detail by the administrator with a detailed display on a map.
